Waves Village is THE Hatteras Kiteboarding Resort!
The Kite Shop, Kiteboarding School, and Life is Good Store were the first pieces to open in late 2008.
The Luxury Condos, Forbes Candy & Coffee, and Kitty Hawk Sports opened in early 2010, and Good Winds Seafood & Wine Bar opened on the 4th of July of 2010.
More retail shops and another condo building are in the plans for the future.
