La Oficina de Convenciones y Visitantes (OCV) de Parras es una Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro que tiene como objetivo el incremento de la derrama económica generado por el turismo en la ciudad.
La OCV promociona el destino y la realización de eventos en el mismo, ofertando los productos típicos de la región e impulsando los prestadores de servicios locales. Esto se logra por medio de un trabajo en consenso con los diferentes grupos de interés tales como hoteleros, restauranteros, promotoras turísticas, e instituciones de gobierno; todo con el fin de aumentar el consumo de bienes y servicios de la ciudad de Parras.
