The Red Room

The Red Room is Kinston's premier live music venue. We host live music every Friday and Saturday night as well as for other special occasions. A part of downtown Kinston's arts and entertainment district along with Chef and the Farmer, Ginger 108, The Boiler Room and Mother Earth Brewing, The Red Room is the place to be for late night music, drinks and dancing!

The Red Room hosts a wide array of music from jazz, folk, bluegrass, rock and classic music to some experimental genres. We have a rotation of bands who return for repeat performances as well as featuring newer artists. The nature of the crowd depends on who is playing that night, but you can always expect a great time!

With eight draft beers to choose from, we always feature year-round offerings from Mother Earth Brewing as well as a rotating selection of American craft beers. We also feature wine by the glass and the bottle, an assortment of hand-crafted sodas, and a hand crafted cocktail list featuring North Carolina spirits including Troy & Sons Whiskey, Cardinal Gin, Carriage House Apple Brandy and more. We don't have a food menu, but guests are welcome to bring their own; we even have takeout menus for several great local options. Just ask!

The Red Room is a private club for members and their guests, but joining couldn't be easier. Anyone over the age of 21 can join by filling out the membership form on your first visit. Memberships are only $1 and they're good for life. Want to bring some friends
