In our 24th year, the Hatteras Village Offshore Open is once again the Kick-Off tournament in the prestigious North Carolina Governor's Cup Series. Inspired and organized with the Hatteras Charter fleet, the Hatteras Village Civic Association hosts participants from all over the East Coast in the hunt for Hatteras' big blue marlin. The rules are simple. The Island welcoming. And the fish are out there. Here's your chance to help make a difference.
